Come back to center. Come back. Come back. Its easy to get back to center. You're already there, right now. Just focus on the point between your eyes - your third eye, if you will - and keep your attention there.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel relief.

You're alive! You're still here! You still doing it! You're still trying! You're doing a great job. You've come so far.

Breathe in and celebrate!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself. You really are doing a great job!

You showed up for another day. You came back to try again. You never give up. Everything is working out for you. When you can see the bigger picture, you know that. We all have access to the bigger picture. Any time we stop our thoughts, we know the bigger picture.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You don't have to think. The only way you could ever feel bad is if you're thinking. You can let your thoughts go. Just let them go. You can make it a little easier by replacing them with something like counting, or a mantra, or just focusing on your breath.

When you're able to stop your thoughts, the flow of well being that's natural to you is able to flow through. When you're able to stop your thoughts, a sense of knowing overcomes you, a sense of peace. You'll never figure it out, you'll never think your way to a solution. All you can do is stop thinking.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Just let your thoughts go. Just be here right now. Embrace the moment. In this moment everything's perfect! In this moment there's nothing to worry about! In this moment you are perfect!

In this moment, you are perfect. You'll continue to be perfect until you think otherwise.

Breathe in and know your perfection.
Breathe out and believe in it!

Believe it! Believe that you are perfect! Fall in love with yourself. You are so beautiful. You are so brilliant. You've been doing the work.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and take another step forward in the direction you want to go. Just do it one step at a time, you don't have to have a plan. Clear your mind and keep stepping forward. You're doing such a good job at walking on the tightrope. Each time you fall you learn something new!

Breathe in and fall in love with yourself.
Breathe out and know how beautiful your smile is.

Know how perfect your body is. Know how loved you are. How talented you are. How light and shining you are! You're changing the world!

Breath by breath, you're changing the world.

Relax. Let your thoughts go. Let your thoughts go and fall in love with yourself. If you have to think, think only "I love myself! I'm doing great! I love myself and I'm doing great. I love myself and it's working. I love myself and I'm the shit. I love myself and I'm winning. I love myself and the way that I am right now is how I should be. I love myself and I embrace myself the way I am. I think I'm perfect the way I am. I know I'm perfect the way I am."

Breathe in and know.
Breathe out and feel so much relief because you are perfect the way you are. It's all working out for you. Just stop your thoughts and fall in love with yourself and everything will unfold perfectly.
