It's flowing! Everything that you want is flowing! You're in the flow machine! You're in the flow! You've taken the step and now the current has picked you up. You're doing a great job.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and relax.

Let the flow pick you up and carry you away today. Let the flow tell you what to do. Let the flow guide you. You can hear the flow in every minute, because it's all there is. Whatever is around you, that's the flow telling you what to do.

Breathe in and feel safe.
Breathe out and know that you are cared for and protected.

Although it can be scary to let go and jump in the flow, it's the most rewarding thing you can do.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and relax.

This is all for you. You came for the ride. You didn't come to sit still. You didn't come to resist. You came for the ride.

Breathe out and jump in feet first! Head first! Belly flop! Just jump in!

Choose to be excited about where life is taking you and it will take you to exciting places.

You've created so much for yourself and now you get to choose how you feel and how you experience it. Today you're allowing more into your experience than ever before. Everything's working out for you and it's because you chose to take one step in the right direction. You chose to smile. You chose to feel good. You chose to listen to the flow.

Breathe in and know that you're perfect the way you are.
Breathe out and relax.

This day is only going to get better and better.
Everything is working out for you. Just trust. All of this process is about trust. When you don't feel that good, trust that wherever you're at is creating good things for you. When you feel like you should be doing something you're not, just trust and say thank you.
