Welcome to a new now, where all of your power lies. Focus on this moment. Be here now. Feel what your fingers feel like. Feel what your clothes feel like against your skin. Feel your feet touching the ground. Feel your hair on your head.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Everything that's happening is happening for you. It's a gift for you. Just relax and say thank you. It's all for you.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go.

There's no action you can take to counteract anything that's happening to you right now. Just be at peace with what is. The universe made this moment for you. You made this moment for you.

Breathe in and embrace this moment.
Breathe out and embrace this moment.

Right now is all that exists. And right now everything is ok. Everything is fine. You're in the right place at the right time. Everything's going to continue to be ok, because it's always right now. It's all good. And it's going to continue to be all good until it isn't. But even then, it's all good.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and let your fears go.

Trust. Trust that it's working. Trust in your power. Trust in the force bigger than yourself. Bigger than your mind and your ego. Trust that you're taken care of. Think of all the things that are going right. The sun rises and sets. There's air to breathe, food to eat, water to drink. Most people in most places are getting along pretty well.

Most of life is going well for you. Just keep focusing on those parts that are going well.

Breathe in and look around you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

This is all here for you. This has all been put here just for you to experience and enjoy.
