Daily Meditation for 5.16.13 – Deliberate Thinking

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

All it really comes down to is what you're thinking about. Are you thinking about what you want, or what you don't want. You get to chose in every moment what you think. If you think a thought and it feels good, you're on the right path. If you think a thought and it feels bad, just drop it.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for how far you've come.

You're doing a great job. You can't do anymore than you're already doing. Just relax. Focus on one spot, and breathe.

Everything really is working out for you. You know you wanted this. Just say thank you. Say I love myself. When a thought that comes up that doesn't feel good, just say "I'm not thinking about that anymore. I love myself. I'm not thinking about that anymore." Let it go.

Breathe in and feel excited because you are in control.
Breathe out and know that you're the creator. You get to chose. You get to chose how you feel. You get to chose what you think. Therefore you get to chose your reality.

Breathe in and feel your power.
Breathe out and relax.

You have the rest of your life to practice. There's no race. You're not better than anyone else. But you can chose to feel good in every moment by practicing in every moment. It's all for you! It's for your own good!

There's no end result that you do this for. You practice to feel good now.

Breathe out and just say that you feel good now!
