Daily Meditation for 3.21.13 – How to Coach Yourself…

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Slow down. You don't have to keep rushing to the next moment. To tomorrow, to your bedtime, to the next meal, to work, to class. You don't have to keep thinking about it - and that's really what rushing is. You can just slow down and be here.

Breathe in and be here.
Breathe out and be here.

Isn't this fun? Isn't this such a fun puzzle? To be a part of this life? To watch it unfold? To learn how to play?

Breathe in and congratulate yourself on how far you've come.
Breathe out and relax.

Know that you're winning. Know that it's all working out for you. You can just be here now. You've already won. You've made it so far.

Breathe in and figure out how to enjoy right now.
Breathe out and know that you don't have to figure anything out.

You can just allow yourself to enjoy right now. Isn't that weird? Right now is all there is. If right now is all there is, you can decide to enjoy it or not.

The only reason you wouldn't enjoy it would be because you're thinking about something that isn't part of right now, or you're focused on something in your now that you don't need to be focused on, such as the cat scratching at the studio door.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and laugh because this isn't serious. It's just a joke, it's just for fun. Everything I do is just for fun.

Breathe in and say thank you to your reality.
Breathe out and feel so grateful for everything that's a part of your life right now.

It's all adding up. It's all making sense, and when you need a coach to coach you through your contrast, look around you and ask questions. You can ask for help. But when you ask for help, be prepared to listen and do exactly what they say.

Breathe in and know you can ask yourself for help.
Breathe out and know that you have all the answers already.

Sometimes we just make it harder on ourselves just for fun. You know in the big scheme of things we're laughing at ourselves. We're laughing at the play, at the drama, the acting. In the big picture when we're truly being the observer, we tilt our heads back and laugh!

Breathe in and send a clear, strong signal.
Breathe out and allow that clear strong signal to flow through you.

You can slow down and be here right now and allow that signal to go through you and if you're ever in doubt, if it gets to fast and you get a little scared, here's what you should tell yourself:

Don't be afraid! Be confident! Don't be a little bitch! There's nothing to be afraid of! Claim your prize!

Breathe in and know that we all have that coach within us.
Breathe out and trust those words. Don't be afraid. Be confident. Go claim your prize. You decide. You are the creator. And there's nothing scary about being the creator. You are love and you are loved. Yes we're in some bizarre fractal simulation physical reality consciousness game thing, yes it is complex, and yes it is like a house of mirrors. It's easy to get caught in the complexity of our minds, but it's even easier to allow yourself to send a clear strong signal.

Breathe in and allow that clear strong signal to flow through you.
Breathe out and know it's your default state.

By default you are sending a clear strong signal. ALlow it to flow through you. You don't have to do anything. There's no work or action.

Breathe in and be brave.
Breathe out and don't be a little bitch.

You're the creator. You have the power. You get to decide in every moment. There's no guessing. There's no question. You know what you know. There's really not a lot of other explanations or answers. You're god. You're the creator. And now you get to embrace your power.

I don’t do them very often, but when I get around to it, I always find that they help me let go of anxiety and bad thoughts. They help me become centered, calm and accepting.
    Thanks for these daily meditations.
