Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Welcome to the best day of your life.

WIthin your power, is the power to change everything right now. You are in control and you've come so far. You're aware, you're alive, and you get to celebrate.

Breathe in and decide what you want.
Breathe out and know that it's yours.

Clear your mind. Smile. And breathe in.
Breathe out.

Life is taking care of you right now. It's living you right now. It's flowing through you right now. Can you feel it?

Breathe in and feel.
Breathe out and trust yourself.

You know you have the right answer. You know that you know. You know that what you believe is true. Now you get to live it. You know what you want. It's all coming towards you.

Breathe in and know who you are.
Breathe out and tell your mind to stop trying to understand.

You can live the magick life. You can let go and let it all come to you. You really don't have to hold on. You really don't have to try. You really don't have to resist. You really don't have to be scared. If you let go and go with the flow, you'll be taken everywhere you need to go.

Breathe in and trust that you know what you know.
Breathe out and feel the magic of where you are.

You really can let go. You really can do what you want all day every day. You really can listen to the flow and let it take you places. Even if you don't see the connections, if you don't see how it's all going to work out and benefit you in the end, you can trust it. You intellectually know the truth. We've talked ourselves into it finally, our minds believe it.

It's time to let go.

Breathe in and let go of your fear.
Breathe out and let go of your fear.

The only reason you wouldn't do exactly what you want, exactly what the flow guides you to do, would be fear.

You don't have to be afraid of anything anymore. You can trust. You can tell your mind to let go. It's time. What else are you going to do? Struggle more? Resist more? You know you don't want to do that.

Breathe in and trust that this really is the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for following what feels good.

Congratulate yourself for smiling more, complimenting people, looking for the positive aspects. You're doing such a good job! You're so practiced. You've known the truth, your mind understands the truth. You can just step back and let it play out. Let the game play out. You made it for yourself to enjoy, sooner or later you should probably stop to enjoy it!

Breathe in and know that as of right now everything is ok and will be ok.
Breathe out and just keep trusting it. Keep releasing your fear bit by bit.

Your presence is guiding you, your diligence to your mood is guiding you. That's all you've really had to learn how to do, is pay attention to how you feel.

Breathe in and know it's getting easier and easier.
Breathe out and let go. You really can let go! This is the big thing - letting go! And doing exactly what you want.

But not forcing anything! Not trying to make something happen tomorrow! Just trust the flow. You're constantly being guided to where you want to be. This is the big idea - to trust the flow!

Breathe in and feel the excitement becoming reality!
Breathe out and laugh because it really is this easy.
