Daily Meditation for 2.27.13 – Nothing Bothers You

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome to a new now. Welcome to the best day of your life. From this moment forward life is going to get easier and easier.

Breathe in and let the flow through you
Breathe out and know that it's already in you.

Everything you want you already have. You can be happy right now!
It's easy you just choose it.

Breathe in and decide to let go.
Breathe out and let go.

When you wake up, and you battle thoughts about getting out of bed, or about what you have to do today, say to yourself over and over, "I don't care! I don't care!"

When something happens that you don't like, say "I DON'T CARE!"

When something happens that you do like, say "I don't care!"

You can still love and appreciate and enjoy, but you don't have to care anymore. You don't have to care about anything.

Breathe in and know that caring is just holding on.
Breathe out and let go.

You don't have to feel guilty when you stop caring. You don't have to feel bad. You don't have to feel like you're shirking responsibility. When you stop caring you're doing you. You're caring about the only thing that matters - how you feel.

Breathe in and decide to have the best day of your life!
Breathe out and celebrate today.

You don't care, so nothing should be bothering you. You don't care so it doesn't matter if you're late. You don't care so it doesn't matter how much money you have or who you see. You don't care. Nothing bothers you. Rolls right off your back.

Breathe in and feel how good it is, how good it feels, to not care.
Breathe out and feel the relief of letting go. When you let go, you let life do its job. Its job is to take care of you, to work out the details, to make arrangements, to set up synchronicities and circumstances. You don't have to take any action. You only have to let go and let it come to you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know you're in the right place at the right time.

You've wasted way too long caring about things that don't matter. Most of the things you care about you won't care about even tomorrow, or next week or month or year. Decide right now, I don't care! Decide to not let anything bother you anymore. Just tune it out. I don't care! It's blissful. It'll help you see that everything you need is already inside of you.

    EVERYTHING bothers me! Researching a way to gain control over my thoughts and emotions is how I ended up on your site. This morning I discovered that the pilot was out on our furnace. I’ve lit many pilot lights but could not find this one and it did not match the schematics on the panel. So I had to cal the rental company and wait for the HVAC guy to show. Way too much to do today for this sh*t. But I really didn’t want to blow myself up. I made the call and did the Nothing Bothers You meditation. It helped! Thanks.

    Thanks for the note! Another thing that helps me is thinking “everything happens for a reason”… when life doesn’t go as planned, it’s the universe trying to help you out.
