Welcome to Tuesday Tips, the weekly guide to practicing positivity. This week the tips are all about having confidence in yourself. Clear your mind, put your body at ease, and dive into the flow with these morsels of magick. It's your life, and you only live once! Stop caring about what they think and GO FOR IT! I know you can do it!
1. If you want it, go take it.
Stop pussyfooting around. Speak up and ask for what you want! It never hurts to ask.
2. Start before you're ready.
Talk to anyone at the top of their game and you’ll hear something like this. 'When I got started, I was a mess. I had no idea what I was doing, I just kept putting stuff out there. After a while, everything came together.' ~ Marie Forleo in Brian Johnson's newsletter
Last Monday, I was starting to question whether I was going to publish my new worksheet at all. Was it ready? Was it good enough? Then I read what Marie had to say and decided to go ahead and share before I "felt ready." I'm so glad I did, because the worksheet was a big hit and sold dozens of copies!
3. Make friends with everyone you meet, and add them all on Facebook.
Facebook is one of the most powerful ways to spread your message. If you friend every person you meet every day, you'll expand the reach of your work effortlessly. People you meet in real life may be more likely to take interest in your website than strangers online, so start connecting your digital and physical lives to create a reality more in line with who you really are.
4. Stressed about work? Know you can do it at any time, in your head.
What is your work? It's your mood—how you feel. You can work on your mood anywhere. And when you get yourself in a good mood, all of your other so-called "work" will do itself. The easiest way to work on your mood? Stop thinking and count!
5. Make your decisions quickly and don't turn back.
The universe favors the bold, the confident, and the decisive. Any path you choose is the right path, so just start moving! Waffling around being indecisive sends a muddied vibration. The universe won't know what to bring you. Have confidence in any decision you make and the universe will back up your confidence with rewarding experiences.
6. Try this mantra: "I'm on a roll!"
I love hearing people say this! You know the feeling—can you fake it 'til you make it?
7. Try this mantra: "They'll buy it!"
Have confidence in your ideas. When you have something you want to sell to someone (whether for money or just to get them to agree with you), tell yourself "they'll buy it!" And when you do convince them, say "they bought it!"
8. Fill out a Universal Order Form.
My friend asked for "smooth sailing" and choose the order number 26. Not only did she receive her smooth sailing, but now every time we see the number 26 we think "smooth sailing," perpetuating the good feeling.
9. Before you go to bed, practice the feeling of waking up feeling joyful and powerful.
Pre-pave the way you feel in the morning. If you can spend just a few moments picturing how good you'll feel when you wake up, you'll be more likely to go to sleep feeling good. The more you practice the feeling, the more your actions will reflect that good feeling. Your habits will improve effortlessly, and waking up will become much easier.
10. Try "feeling" this mantra: "I love everyone and everyone loves me."

11. All that counts is here and now.
I am surrounded with art and music that reminds me that RIGHT NOW IS ALL THERE IS! As you go about your day, come back to the present by saying to yourself, "This is it! This is all there is!" Think of the present as your canvas. What are you going to make of it? Let's go!
