Breathe in and make the decision to be kind today.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Life is going to be fun today. It already is. You're in the right place at the right time, and you're doing everything right. All you have to do now is let it unfold.

Breathe in and trust where you are.
Breathe out and know there is no need to rush.

Everything is working out. There's not much to think about. You don't have to try. You dont have to take any effort. You don't have to take any action. Just relax and allow it to come to you.

Breathe in and open yourself up to the possibilities of the day.
Breathe out and know this is the best day of your life.

Everything is going to work out for you today. It always has and it always will.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself.
Breathe out. You've come so far. You're doing such a great job.
