Welcome to a new week, a fresh start, your chance to do things the way you want to do them. Your chance to let it come to you. To let it come to you. To be easy about it. To stop caring so much.

Breathe in and know you're here just for fun.
Breathe out and try to let your stresses go.

There's nothing you have to worry about. Life really is taking care of you. You're in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and let inspiration come into you.
Breathe out and let it flow through you.

Your challenge this week is to be unapologetically you. To not say you're sorry for being you. To not feel bad or guilty for doing you. This week decide to not care.

Breathe in and think of all those things you have to do.
Breathe out and know you don't have to do them to feel good.

You don't have to do them for your life to be working. For you to feel like you have your shit together. You don't have to do any of those things. You can choose to feel the way you want to feel right now.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you've come.
Breathe out and know it will only get easier from here.

You'll go through cycles of up and down, good and bad, having what you want and not having what you want. That cycle is natural, but you can get off the rollercoaster of letting it affect how you feel.

Breathe in and choose to feel good no matter what.
Breathe out and know it is within your power to do that.

You get to decide how you feel. There are a lot of different ways that you can feel the way you want to feel, that you can change the dial, change the thermostat.

You can count, it's very effective! You can focus on your breathing. You can think "I love you" over and over in your head. You can think "I don't give a fuck" over and over and over.

There are a lot of different ways you can turn the dial.

Breathe in and know that you are powerful.
Breathe out and know it's only you. This reality is only reflecting you.

If it's not reflecting what you want, that's ok! You don't have to blame yourself or be mean to yourself about it. It's just an indicator trying to help you. If you're not living the life you want to be living, right now, just stop thinking about it. Let your thoughts go.

Breathe in and know you are already living the life you want to live. Breathe out and know it's your choice to see it that way.

Life is taking care of you. You are in the right place at the right time. It's time to lighten up and not care. You're safe! You'll be fine! You don't have to worry. Jump off that bridge, jump off that cliff, throw your knapsack over the fence. Make the commitment to not care. Today your only goal is to stop chasing that which you think you don't have. The instant you stop chasing, you allow it to come to you.

If you're chasing something, you're telling the universe you don't have it. Just stop chasing and let it come to you.
