Hello! Welcome to this now! Welcome to the best moment ever created. Because it's the only thing there is! Right now is all there is. Isn't that weird?

Breathe and be here.
Breathe out and relax.

Know that everything is taken care of. Put on your vacation mode. Let go. Surrender. Stop caring! Today you get to play!

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out feel your power.

You hold all the power right now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Throughout your day, if you find yourself thinking negative thoughts or resisting a situation, just go back to your breath.

Because this really is it. This right now is everything. This is all there is. This is the only chance you get to feel good, to do what you want, to have fun, to laugh to smile. There is no later, it's always right now. So whatever you want for yourself you have to choose it right now. Do you want to feel good?

Breathe in and smile because you already do feel good.
Breathe out and let go. None of this matters! Seriously it doesn't matter!

Look beneath the veil for just a moment. Be still and connect to yourself. You know nothing is serious. You know nothing matters. You know we're here for fun. You know it's just a game.

Breathe in and know you're loved!
Breathe out and let go.

You're doing the whole universe a favor, a solid, a good deed, just by existing. We're so grateful you're here because you're part of everything and without you this wouldn't exist. It's all connected. It's all interwoven.

Breathe in and know how important you are.
Breathe out and feel how blessed you are that you got to come here. You get to be here on the leading edge, where it's mysterious and exciting and full of adventure!

Breathe in and look at the world with new eyes today.
Breathe out and relax.

Calm yourself. Know that there is a deep well of peace within you that you can always access.

The formula I've found lately for feeling good in every moment is this. First, focus on your breath. It'll bring you back to the now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Then remind yourself, this moment is all we have! It's the only thing that's permanent. It's always right now. You're always in the now, it's never later, this right now is it. This is the leading edge of creation! You get to choose what happens next.

You're god on the leading edge, this is it! You're god, creating, actively, right now, this is it!

Then as you go about your day, focused on your breath, present, aware, conscious of your power, if you come across anything in your now that upsets you or displeases you, annoys you, irritates you, frustrates you, makes you angry, do your best to say, I love you! Whatever it is. Is it a letter in the mail that you don't want? Say I love you. Is it someone being mean? Say I love you. Is it a car driving really slow in front of you? Say I love you! Practice. Practice loving without condition. Practice loving even though you hate it. The more love you can project, the more that will come back to you.

It's not instant, when you practice unconditional love, when you tell that driver who cut you off I love you, they're not going to turn around and say I love you too. Probably not anyway! But as soon as you forget what just happened, and you walk into a new scene, you'll be showered with love. The universe always gives back what you put out. If you can embrace those things that anger you or scare you, there's nothing to be angry about or scared about. Nothing's going to hurt you. It's all trying to help you.

You've come so far.
