Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to the now, where all of your power lies. This is it, this is all there is. This is what you came for. What's right in front of you, your reality right now, this is it. This is the leading edge.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for being so brave and coming out here to the leading edge.
Breathe out and relax.

Be easy on yourself. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to say anything. You don't have to go anywhere. You can just be.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and let life come through you.

Life loves you. Life is taking care of you, and right now in this moment, life is keeping you alive. And taking care of your every need, and trying to give you everything that you want.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and let go.

Be nice to yourself. Compliment yourself. Tell yourself I love you. Just be easy about it. Be easy about this day. Let go, surrender, let life work it out for you. It's not your job. It's not your job to fix problems. It's not your job to look for what's wrong. Your job is only to be and appreciate.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and know you can feel good any time you want to.

Just surrender to the flow and make peace with what is. What's happening right now is what's supposed to happen. You are in the right place at the right time. This is it. Every moment ever lead up to right now. This right now is all there is.

Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and feel relieved because you don't have to do anything. You can completely let go and completely surrender and life will take care of you. Follow your intuition to what feels best, do nothing more and nothing less.
