Daily Meditation for 2.4.13 – You Can Always Align…

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome to the now, where you are centered, aligned and feeling good. It's your natural state, here.

Breathe in and know you can always be in your natural state.
Breathe out and be here.

If you ever start to doubt your alignment, or you start feeling less than good, you can always align with your breath. You always have your breath. It's like a good luck charm that'll always work.

Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and feel how powerful your breath it. It's keeping you alive.

Taking slow, deep breaths is the fastest way to refocus, realign, come back to the now. It's the quickest and easiest way to access your power. You don't have to think about anything. You don't have to do any work. Just focus on what you're already doing right. You're still breathing! It's a really good sign.

Breathe in and let the flow come into you.
Breathe out and know that you are the flow.

Your breath connects you to everything. Your breath touches everything. Your breath is the on and off cycle that represents everything.

Breathe in and connect to your breath.
Breathe out and feel alignment.

With each slow, deep breath that you're consciously aware of, your vibration raises higher and higher. You don't have to do anything else. You don't have to be anywhere, go anywhere, do anything, change anything, give anything, take anything. Just breathe.

You can always align with your breath.

Breathe in and feel health entering your body.
Breathe out and feel yourself releasing everything you don't want.

You can always align with your breath. You always have it. It will always work.

Whenever you feel panicked, scared, worried, bored, just breathe deeply and come back into alignment.

Breathe in and feel aligned.
Breathe out and smile. It's so easy. It's so much easier than any of us make it out to be. Life is as simple as breathing. And you're already doing that right!

Breathe in and feel the love of the universe coming into your body.
Breathe out and know you are the love of the universe. You are love. You are loved. And all you have to do is keep breathing. You're doing a really great job.
