Welcome to a new now. All of your power is in this right now. Right now you get to decide how you feel.

Breathe in and feel excited about your day.
Breathe out and know everything is working out for you.

Life loves you and life is trying to help you at all times. Notice what's in your right now. It's all really synchronous right? You're supposed to be here. You're in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and allow life to flow through you.
Breathe out and let life live you.

Everything is changing, and you can choose to embrace the change. You can choose to allow yourself to change. You can choose change, or it will choose you.

Breathe in and know that you don't have to DO anything.
Breathe out and know that you only have to allow with your thoughts.

It's easy to allow life to help you. It's easy to allow your day to be easy. All you have to do is allow. Often it's easier to allow by choosing thoughts that feel good. A simple way to allow life to help you is to say "I'm allowing well being. I'm allowing well being into my life. I'm allowing well being into my body. I'm allowing well being into my home. I'm allowing well being into my relationships. I'm allowing well being into my thoughts."

Then, after you've allowed well being to flow into your life, you can choose to allow other things. "I'm allowing this day to be the best day of my life. I'm allowing myself to have fun today. I'm allowing myself to be kind. I'm allowing myself to receive what I want. I'm allowing myself to feel good all day. I'm allowing myself to change. I'm allowing myself to let go and let life live me."
