Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax. Let your worries go. There's nothing you have to do today except breathe. If you let go of everything you're worried about, your to do list, it will all get done for you. Let life take care of the details.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and relax. It's ok. Just relax.

Nothing really matters. What you do doesn't really matter in the big picture. It doesn't matter.

Breathe in and be easy on yourself.
Breathe out and let your fears go.

There's nothing to be afraid of. If you feel like you're running in a hamster wheel, never able to catch up, never able to keep your shit together, let it go! You do have it together! You already are perfect. You're doing your best and you can't do anything more than that.

Breathe in and let life take care of you today.
Breathe out and just stop caring.

It's all working out for you. Just trust. You can have it all, but you have to let life bring it to you. There's no action you can take. There's no amount of force you can use. Just breathe deeply and smile. And remember that life loves you. Just relax.

Try to think not so much. Let your thoughts go. Let your worries go. All those things that annoy you and irritate you, let them go. Be here now. Right now is the miracle. Right now is the main event.
