Everything has added up to bring you right here, right now. And whatever your circumstances are, it's how its supposed to be. It couldn't have happened any other way.

Breathe in and know you've made all the right choices.
Breathe out and know that life is helping you

There's only right now. And anything you're thinking about in the past or the future is just pulling you out of the now. Come back to the now.

Breathe in and know your power is right here, right now.
Breathe out and let yourself be here.

You're doing such a good job. You're doing such a good job allowing and receiving and letting it come to you. You don't have to try so hard. You can relax, you can let go. Just trust that you're in the right place at the right time. You've made it this far. You wouldn't want it any other way. This life is yours, uniquely yours, and your path is the only thing you could have done. your path is your contribution and you always take the step in the right direction. You're doing everything right. You're a miracle.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself.
Breathe out and like who you are.

You're a good person. You're doing the right thing. You are loved. You are cared for. You're strong. You're healthy. You're full of magick. You're made of life. You're made of god. The power is all yours to have whatever you want.

No matter what you want, whether you have it or not, whether you receive it or not, you can still choose to feel good right now. You can choose to enjoy being. You can find a way to enjoy being right here, right now, who you are, where you are, what you are. If you can learn to enjoy being, you'll never have another worry ever again. When you enjoy being, you're present, when you enjoy being, you're in the now. There's no pain in the now. You can let go, and enjoy being, right now.
