Daily Meditation for 12.13.12 – How to Find Your Zen

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Today we're going to find your zen. I just got mine back so I thought I would share it. Breathe in and feel calmness flooding through your body. Breathe out and know you're taken care of.

Life loves you. When you take the time to rest and do you and stop trying so hard, you see a calmness that's available to anyone at any time. All you have to do to access this calmness is stop trying.

Breathe in and feel the feeling of being surprised.
Breathe out and know that it will come to you when you let go.

It's never going to happen when you're thinking about it. It always comes when you're thinking about or doing something else and feeling equally good.

Breathe in and decide to let those things you want go.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for even knowing what you want.

Often when we experience what we don't want, we dwell on it. But as you know it's an opportunity. When you experience what you don't want, you can truly feel excited because now you know what you do want, and when you ask it is given.

Sure you'll have to live through the contrasting experience and you'll feel bad for a minute, maybe you'll cry, maybe you'll have a tantrum. But if you're patient, and you believe it, what you want will come to you the very next day.

Breathe in and know that it's coming. It's on the way.
Breathe out and give up trying. You don't have to try to do anything, Let it come to you. Everything you want is coming to you.

Breathe in and feel like the angel you are.
Breathe out and remember you're god.

All these hoes is your sons! Everything in your reality is yours, it belongs to you, it is you. Take the perspective of god, maybe try Jesus since it's Christmastime. What would Jesus think? What would he feel? What would he do? Can you imagine the calmness and tranquility that must be in Jesus? He's god. You're god. And you can access the tranquility of being god at any time.

Just breathe in and give up. Surrender. Let go.
Breathe out and let it come to you.

If you can find a way to feel good, even thought you don't have what you want, it will come.

It's easy to be your reason for feeling good. Just focus on your breath. Count. Sleep. Learn how to feel good just being you. Learn how to feel good just being in the moment, looking around at the trip. You're living in a miracle and that's all the reason you need to feel good.

Breathe in and feel the power of being god.
Breathe out and feel relief because its so much easier than you ever could have thought.
