Welcome to this moment. Feel your worries slipping away. Feel the pressure of the day subside. You made it! You're here! We're so happy you're here!

Breathe in and accept yourself for who you are right now.
Breathe out and know you are in the right place at the right time.

Everything is ok. Everything is working out for you. Life loves you. Life is easy for you. There is nothing you have to do except breathe.

Breathe in and let it all come to you.
Breathe out and trust that life is caring for you.

There are so many things you want, so many things you'd like to change, and so many things you want to see. All of your desires can make right now seem unimportant, or unsatisfying, or less than ideal. But you can relax, because life knows all your wishes. Life is trying to bring you your wishes right now.

To allow the flow of life to serve you, make peace with where you are. Everything you want is coming, and just because there is more to want doesn't make right now any less perfect. You will always want more. And what you want is always flowing towards you. Your job is to relax and allow.

Breathe in and think, "I'm so happy to be here."
Breathe out and know that it's only when you're happy with what you have, do more good things flow.

I'm so happy to be here. It's easy. Wherever you are, whoever you're with, whatever you're doing, just think "I'm so happy to be here." Even if you'd rather be somewhere else, decide to be happy with where you are. Then it doesn't matter if you're somewhere else. Then you stop vibrating "I'm not somewhere else." And then somewhere else can come to you.

Breathe in and become the match to the life you want.
Breathe out and be happy you're already living it.
