It's ok to let go. You're ok right now, right? Then you can let go of all your thoughts. All your worries. All your to-dos. You're ok right now. You can let go. You're safe.

Breathe in and know god would never let anything bad happen to you.
Breathe out and let yourself feel loved and cared for.

You're ok. There is nothing to fear. Life can feel so stressful, but only because you're choosing stressful thoughts. You can choose different thoughts, or you can choose to not think at all.

Your mind is a powerful machine, and when you let it run wild, it can be petrifying! But it only takes a single moment of focus to turn the boat downstream. You can choose the other side of the wave. You can choose to feel relief.

Breathe in and know you are loved.
Breathe out and know everything will be ok.

You don't have to change. You don't have to take action. You don't have to be anyone other than who you are right now. Right now, you are perfect. You are safe. You are loved. You are in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and feel the power of your focus.
Breathe out and choose to feel relief.

Relief can come in many ways, but let's go with something simple today. Close your eyes and feel the feeling of someone coming along and taking care of everything for you. Your finances. Your love life. Your job. Your health. It's all been taken care of, because you are loved and you deserve to be cared for.

It's safe to stop worrying. It's safe to stop caring. It's safe to stop stressing. It's safe to breathe. It's safe to love. It's safe to let go.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say FUCK IT!

Decide, "I don't have to worry today! I don't have to DO anything today!" And if you ever find yourself tangled with an unpleasant thought, just start counting and it will go away. 1... 2... 3...
