Relax. Slow down. Everything is ok. Quiet your mind and let yourself breathe deeply.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know everything is unfolding perfectly.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. Life is taking care of you, and what is happening right now is a solution. You wanted this.

Breathe in and allow yourself to feel good.
Breathe out and remember that it's your natural state to feel good.

Let your thoughts about the future go. Let your thoughts about the past go. You don't have to figure anything out. You don't have to think about anything.

Breathe in and just enjoy being.
Breathe out and feel the peacefulness in your core.

Everything is working out for you. Nothing is serious, and we're just here to have fun. No matter what happens, you'll be ok. You'll be more than ok. You'll be perfect. You already are.

There is no action you need to take. All you have to do is decide to feel good. You don't have to try. You can let it all come to you. You're good at it. You've been doing it all your life. Air comes to you. Water comes to you. Love comes to you.

Breathe in and focus on this moment right now.
