Grateful for this moment and for my wife and for inspiration to cook. Grateful it comes every time I ask for it. Grateful it is whatever I want. Grateful to be in the flow. Grateful to hoop and meditate every day. Grateful to write every single day of my life. Grateful for fun neighbors. Grateful for vodka. Grateful for rest. Grateful to know everything is ok and I'm just a freaking person in a body, no big deal.
