I love it when I'm able to remember that what I eat is not what creates how I look. I love it when I release resistance about food and eating. I love it when eating is not complicated. I love it when eating is easy and simple. I Love it when eating is in the flow. I love it when I listen to the flow.

I love it when I have new ideas. I love it when I learn new ways to apply lifestreaming. I love it when I have a good day despite my resistance. I love it when Kelly helps me. I love it when she has the solution. I love it when we get along. I love it when I'm honest. I love it when I am unafraid. I love it when I am fearless.

I love it when I find other ways to feel good other than food. I love it when I can easily transition from eating to not eating. I love it when it's easy to feel good from within when eating and then after eating. I love it when I learn the flow of eating. I love it when the flow comes naturally. I love it when I don't think about eating. I love it when eating is simple. I love it when I make myself feel good.

I love it when I feel good from within, without something external being my reason to feel good. I love it when I do the work myself easily and effortlessly.

I love it when I keep my shit together. I love it when I remember I'm the boss. I love it when it's easy for me to behave the way I want to behave. I love it when I have congruent thoughts, words and actions. I love it when I take the time to focus. I love it when life is easy.
