Grateful for my wonderful wife. Grateful it's all adding up. Grateful it's working out for me. Grateful to be rested. Grateful to feel good. Grateful to feel inspired and excited. Grateful to know how to focus my attention on my breath. Grateful it's getting easier every day. Grateful I can feel good from attention placed on my breath alone.

Grateful for rest. Grateful for relaxation. Grateful to like who I am. Grateful to feel good about how far I've come. Grateful life is easy. Grateful life feels good to me. Grateful I know how to focus. Grateful I can listen to my higher self and say "now what?" and I'm always lead to the answer.
