Just be here. It's done. You made it. This moment was made for you. Holy cow, this moment was made for you. Just for you. This moment is just for you. Ok you're here. You're here. Now what? Just be here. Look at your hands. Don't resist. Breathe in. Breathe out. There's nothing to resist. You never have to go back to an old vibration. You never have to resist again. You never have to resist again.

Just keep breathing. Breathing makes it all so much more pleasant. Just keep breathing. In and out, in and out. It's the only way this is all tolerable. Breath keeps the flow going. Just keep breathing like you're on some drug that scares you. Keep breathing because you know it's the only way to be in the now without resisting. It's too scary to hold your breath in the now. It doesn't make sense. The now is about change, the now is about flow. Just breathe and the now is so much better. It's so much more understandable. It feels better. THe negative flows away. The breath lets the fresh air in. The fresh perspective. It makes you hungry. It speeds your metabolism.

Just breathe and be in the now and that's all you have to do for the rest of you life and I promise you'll feel good and be in the now forever.

The drugs, the resistance, all those things people use are lessons to use for when youre in the now. Now you have a tool kit. You have a toolkit for being in the now. Youve experienced all the scariness of resisting the now and you've devised all these ways to calm down and find your way back.

You have a hundred thousand maps back to the now. ANd they all lead to the same thing. Be a person, and breathe. Just be a person and breathe. Just be here and breathe. Breahte in and out and it's all ok. Just relax.

This moment was made for you. Accept the gift with a deep breath and feel the best you've ever felt. You made it. The switch has been flipped. You're here. You never have to go back.
