Just relax and remember to be in the now. It's not hard. Just stop thinking. You are brave and bold and it takes fearlessness to be in the now. It takes fearlessness to let go of your mind, to disentangle from your thoughts. It's ok to stop thinking, to just breathe and count.
You don't have to think about what other people think. You don't have to figure anything out before you allow yourself to feel better. Allow yourself to feel better first and you'll attract the thoughts you were trying to "figure out". Allow yourself to stop thinking.
You think you like thinking because it feels good, but the reason it feels good is because you attract good feeling thoughts when you already feel good. Feel good first, then thinking is fun.
Allow yourself to stop thinking. Allow yourself to trust the now. All you have to do is be in the now. You don't even have to find some mantra or uplifting thought to get there. You can just lose yourself in the now, right NOW.
