Grateful to be home. Grateful for Kelly. Grateful we meditated again. Grateful meditation helps me stay stable. Grateful to remember what I know. Grateful for my kitties. Grateful they're healthy and happy. Grateful I can breathe. Grateful to be alive. Grateful for a full tank of gas. Grateful to remember I don't have to care about what other people think. Grateful for my wonderful job. Grateful to get to learn from the best all day every day. Grateful to keep the momentum building. Grateful I am able to switch to the reality I prefer. Grateful for this moment.

Grateful to be aware and trusting of my Self. Grateful to find my key to happiness of the day: trust your gut & pay attention.
