Good morning beautiful! I am loving this lazy Sunday and I hope you are too. Everything is flowing smoothly and coming together like a plan. Throw on some Beats Antique, inhale deeply, and let's go on this weird carnival cruise together.

I am so grateful for abundance surrounding me. I am so grateful to be running 9 businesses with twice as many income streams. I am so grateful to be able to recognize the vibrations I want to achieve. I am so grateful it gets easier to reach higher vibrations every day. I am so grateful I am who I am. I am so grateful I know it's all me. It's all in my head and it's whatever I want.

My vision
I see myself as a powerful creator. I see myself letting it unfold. I see myself letting go. I see myself trusting the flow. I see myself listening, feeling for the flow. I see myself basking, resting, filling myself with love. I see myself powering up. I see myself in alignment with who I truly am. I see myself present. I see myself feeling the flow.

Wouldn't it be nice to feel inspired and energized? Wouldn't it be nice to embrace my power? Wouldn't it be nice to keep going? Wouldn't it be nice to surrender to the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to let go? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to remember to inhale love and project love? Wouldn't it be nice to go for a run? Wouldn't it be nice to be outside? Wouldn't it be nice to go higher?

How am I expanding?
I am all that I can be. I am in the flow. I am one with the flow. The flow knows, and I listen. I feel for the flow, I look for the flow, I breathe in the flow. I run on flow. I'm a flow machine. I am all that I can be. I run on flow.

What I want to feel today

• Flow. Scene to scene. Being taken care of by the universe. Letting go.

Today I intend to love myself unconditionally. Today I intend to let everything go. Today I intend to not think too much. Today I intend to bask in being alive. Today I intend to laugh a lot. Today I intend to go outside and play. Today I intend to go with the flow. It's calling my name so sweetly.

I love playing. I love writing and feeling for the flow. I love finding it every single time I look. I love working on my projects. I love that I have made so much progress on my site in the past couple weeks. I love that Joystorm is half done. I love that Kelly and I are collaborating. I love filling out half my list before I get out of bed. I love sleeping in on Sundays. I love choosing to feel good. I love choosing to listen to the flow. Anything that feels bad is just resistance... just go with it... say yes to what is. Who cares? Let the flow do it. It's delicious.
