So happy

So happy

I am so grateful for contrast which causes me to focus. I am so grateful for my friends. I am so grateful for Kelly. I am so grateful for Stephen and Betty and Jessica and Tracy and Trey and Joy and Josh and Michael and Taya. I am so grateful for coffee. I am so grateful I feel so good once I choose the thoughts I want to think.

I am so grateful this gathering momentum prompt always works. I am so grateful to be awake and creating and filling out a new grocery list. I am so grateful I know how to feel good.

I am so grateful writing about what I'm grateful for always works. I am so grateful for my health. I am so grateful I can run. I am so grateful I am strong. I am so grateful I feel good in my body. I am so grateful for Pandora.

I am so grateful for Moleskines and printer paper and Astrojax and nice pens and Wacom tablets. I am so grateful it's autumn and I live in Austin. I am so grateful to take the time to be into myself. I am so grateful I can choose to stop thinking at any time. I am so grateful I have ways to stop thinking. I am so grateful for the freedom to be or do or have anything I want.

My vision
I see myself stopping thought and flying away. I see myself leading on a bleeding edge of holographic unicorns. I see myself not having to DO anything.

Wouldn't it be nice to look and feel my best? Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to write an article and make a product and never worry about anything ever again? Wouldn't it be nice to remember it's an emotional journey every single time?
