So grateful I can go to bed. So grateful I can connect to source in my sleep. So grateful a new morning gives a fresh perspective. So grateful for my health. So grateful for footrubs from Kelly. So grateful for lists and worksheets and inspiration to make products.

So grateful I can just think about what I'm grateful for and it's enough. So grateful I'm getting better at stopping thought. So grateful for my new method of stopping thought by focusing on what my fingertips are feeling.
