You are not your thoughts

You'll reach a point when you realize that everything you want for your life, you literally already have. All it takes is a change of perspective and suddenly you have access to those things. They were always there, always waiting for you. Life has lined shit up for you your whole life. Most things have gone right, haven't they? The only things you've ever had trouble with are they things you've created resistance about. But that resistance is so good, because it shapes such a beautiful solution for you to feel your way towards. The things you want but can't seem to get yet are on their way too. But you have to chip away at the resistant thoughts you have about those desires, every single day. You have to blow up the details you like. Forget about anything, ANYTHING, you don't want more of. It really will go away! If you never think about it again, you'll never see it again!

Your life is exactly how you want it to be already. Magickal, with you in control. You are already perfect, and you are already doing everything right. You are in the perfect place to reach what you want the most. Congratulations on choosing to go on this adventure. Isn't it fun??

Everything you want, you already have. Decide you have it and you will see immediate reflections, immediate evidence. You truly do have to act as if! Whatever you would think or do if you had what you wanted, DO IT NOW! But most importantly, choose to FEEL how you would feel if you had what you wanted.

When you choose how you feel, you choose the frequency of thought to attract. Feeling good attracts good ideas. And here's the thing. You don't have to THINK to feel good. You can just choose to feel good, and then you'll attract thoughts that feel good. And then those thoughts create experiences that feel good.

You can choose to feel good by stopping thought altogether with meditation, or by asking yourself "I wonder what my next thought will be?" You can exercise or play. Practice quieting your mind. Practice knowing who you are when you aren't thinking. Practice knowing that you are not your thoughts.
