Fully alert, aware and free of thought.

You don't have to think. You don't have to think yourself into alignment. You can just be in alignment. Stop your mind. Be in your body. Allow the flow to flow through you.

You keep getting closer to the feeling. You dip your toes in and your mind comes back in.

Stop thinking. You don't need to think. You are not your thoughts. Feel your body from within.

Choose to be. Choose to be fully present. Feel your body. You can tell when you've stopped thought when you start feeling good for no reason.

You can always choose the Now. You always have your Now. It's the one thing you've always had. Let thought go. You are not your thoughts.

Fully alert, aware and free of thought.

There is an infinite texture to it all.

I intend to flow. I intend to stop thought and let consciousness shine through. I choose to remember that I'm the best, I'm practiced, I know exactly what I'm doing. I choose to iterate. I choose to feel the flow harder tomorrow. I choose to feel the flow harder right now.

I feel the best I've ever felt. The more I stop thought, the better I feel without "trying" (thinking into alignment). I intend to be fully alert, aware, and free of thought. I am the observer. I am.

I am the dreamer and the dream.

I am god and creation.

Do everything with full presence.

I'm all that I can be.
