I am so grateful to be up early! I am so grateful to be directing my thoughts. So grateful for smoothie I made earlier. So grateful for coffee. So grateful for electronic music. So grateful to be up early to focus on my own work. So grateful to feel inspired. So grateful I got to play AJ last night. So grateful for my kitty cats. So grateful for my computer. So grateful for this Now. So grateful to wake up feeling good. So grateful for a full night of sleep. So grateful to be releasing limiting beliefs. So grateful for a fresh new day. So grateful for Tuesdays! So grateful we get to go on another run today! So grateful I got to see my bro last night. So grateful for a fresh perspective and fresh energy. So grateful it's October. So grateful for the beautiful weather. So grateful it's fall.

So grateful for my "What do I have? What do I want?" prompt. It's super effective when I'm feeling less than energized when attempting to direct my thoughts. It's such an easy way to stay conscious. So grateful directing thought via writing always, always works.

So grateful to have an internship to learn from. So grateful to have a schedule. So grateful to have new friends. So grateful new things are happening. So grateful to be in control of my vibration. So grateful to be writing.

What do I have?
Health. Up early. Fitness. Beauty. Pretty voice. Creativity. Positivity. Vision. Thought direction practice!
What do I want?
To make my best work. To be in the best mood. To look my best.
What do I want to feel?
Confidence. Flow. On top of my game. Creative flow. Inner body.

My vision
I see myself doing my best work. I see myself having the best day of my life. I see myself in control of my vibration. I see myself doing the work. I see myself choosing to direct thought more and more. I see myself being conscious more of the time. I see myself as a magician, practicing magick all day every day. I see myself in the flow. I see myself projecting a clear, strong signal of confidence and love.

Wouldn't it be nice to finish this article? Wouldn't it be nice to fall in love? Wouldn't it be nice to meet new people? Wouldn't it be nice to find new music to listen to? Wouldn't it be nice to stay in control of my vibration all day like I did yesterday? Wouldn't it be nice to ask myself "What do I have? What do I want?" more and more? Wouldn't it be nice to make a cute little notebook that said that?!

How am I expanding?
I am a magician, a designer, an artist and a writer. I am beautiful, confident, charming and attractive. I am in control of my vibration all day every day. I create beautiful, clever projects that help me direct thought or stop it all together. I have superhuman strength, the ability to fly, and I'm also telepathic. I thrive on cuteness and littleness and pink and purple and glitter and eyeliner and bondage jewelry. I have lucid dreams every night. I am a PROLIFIC lifestreamer, adding text and image to my site on the hour. I am on the avant garde, and I communicate a feeling of oneness and magick. I am perfect, and I am doing everything right.

What I want to feel today

  • Flow. Scene to scene. Perfect timing. Synchronicity.
  • Inner body. Now. All of my power is in the now.
  • Relief.
  • SILLINESS. Laughter. Playfulness.

Today I intend to direct my thoughts. Today I intend to do my best work. Today I intend to be in the best mood of my life. TOday I intend to have the best day of my life. Today I intend to look and feel my best. Today I intend to practice the feelings I want to feel. Today I intend to love harder than ever before. Today I intend to practice magick.

I love being up early! I love focusing! I love writing! I love having time to do my own work!

    thanks for reminding me, once again, that hey, i do have more than just one tool with which to direct my thoughts. that how i feel and the thoughts i think are, or ought to be, at the top of my list of important things!

    yeah!!! and my favorite thing lately is that if you just FEEL the feeling first, you’ll attract the thoughts you want. my mind is always like “no, you have to THINK yourself into alignment!” but it’s a limiting belief, you can just BE in alignment (we always are at the core anyway), and then the good thoughts (and thus experiences) come racing towards you.
