This worksheet is designed to help you figure out what you want. What you want will always change, by the day, or the hour, or the minute. And once you get what you want, you'll want something else. Doing this worksheet every day should keep you busy identifying fresh desires. You can stop thinking about your old stale desires so they can finally manifest.
Remember, the formula for getting what you want is:
- Think about what you want.
- FORGET ABOUT IT. Let it go. Trust it's coming.
- Find another way to feel good.
Once you figure out what you want, you don't have to set goals or timelines or start chipping away at to-do lists. You only have to forget about your desire by finding a way to feel good without it. When you ask, it is given; just trust that the universe is on the case. Keep coming up with fresh desires to distract yourself from the old ones and watch as the old desires manifest faster and faster into your experience.
Ultimately, you only want physical manifestations because you think they'll make you feel a certain way. When you identify what you want, think about how it would make you feel (here's a list of emotions to help you get started). Asking why you want something can help you get down to the root feeling you desire. If you can practice the feeling of getting what you want, you'll find the universe giving you that feeling in more surprising and exciting ways than you can imagine.
