So grateful to always be choosing focus. So grateful to be so practiced. So grateful for a flowing day. So grateful for hat making parties and Total Miner! So grateful for Taco C & HEB with friends! So grateful to be driven around! So grateful to get exactly what I want, when I want it.

So grateful everything I eat makes me slimmer and more attractive. So grateful for confidence. So grateful to be conscious of my thoughts more and more frequently. So grateful it gets easier every day. So grateful we get to go to pump in a few hours! So grateful the weather cooled off so much!

So grateful I can choose focus at any time. So grateful I can choose to be present and conscious. So grateful I can choose to release awareness of resistant thoughts. So grateful I can be "together" in an instant. So grateful I can access the now at any time. So grateful to be so practiced at this. So grateful to focus on good things! So grateful Kel and I did a grocery list with Sheima! How awesome is that!

So grateful for open minds. So grateful for my nice car. So grateful to be home. So grateful to get to sleep in my own bed.

I want energy. I want rest. I want to feel refreshed. I want to feel confident. I want to feel and look my best. I want to be in control of my vibration. I want to play AJ! I want to have fun. I want lucid dreams. I want refreshing sleep. I want to stay in the flow longer and longer. I want to chip away at my beliefs about being tired. I want to believe that I can choose to release my awareness of fatigue. I want to believe that I can access universal energy at any time. I want to believe that I can feel totally rested after 4 hours of sleep.

I want more fall fun. I want more fun people to play with. I want to step up all of my current relationships. I want deeper connection. I want to go deeper. I want a new level. I want focus. I want new things. I want new thoughts. I want new patterns in the flow.
