Wouldn't it be nice to take my practice to new levels today? Wouldn't it be nice to feel confident and brave and bold and playful and flirtatious? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and play? Wouldn't it be nice to make some art with other people? Wouldn't it be nice to release more resistance? Wouldn't it be nice to have an epiphany? Wouldn't it be nice to keep flooooowin?
How am I expanding?
I want more flow! I want more focus! More please, more please! I want more fun and laughter and excitement! I want more friends and connections and smiles! I want more Guillermo! I want connection! I want deep deep connection! I want love! I want play! I want fun!
What I want to feel today

Today I intend to focus and love and give all I can!
I love being practiced. I love writing. I love thinking myself into alignment. I love finding the solution.
