I'm so grateful I was able to do squats and lunges! I'm so grateful we got to see our favorite unicorn in the world! I'm so grateful for a GIFT from the unicorn! I'm so grateful for my good attitude. I'm so grateful I have time to nap if I want. I'm so grateful for my cute new outfit. I'm so grateful for Pandora. I'm so grateful my knee is getting so much better! I'm so grateful to be awake during the day. I'm so grateful for my car. I'm so grateful for my friends. I'm so grateful for my family. I'm so grateful for Kelly. She is so smart and fun. She always has the jokes. She is so kind and generous. She is an amazing designer. She gets it. She always has the perfect thing to say. She takes care of me. She is so sweet. She gives the best massages in the world. She is Pwny's best friend. She has the most beautiful smile. She always pushes me further socially. She's my social director! She is so brave and she's a master of physical reality. She has great craftsmanship. I love her more and more every single day.

I'm so grateful I can keep talking about what I'm grateful for and eventually my mood will improve. I'm so gratefuL I want to do the work myself. I'm so grateful I have complete control over my thoughts. I'm so grateful I know to be more present. I'm so grateful for new ideas.
