I'm so grateful I know what I know. I'm so grateful I can, at any time, decide to step back from my thoughts and become the watcher. I can enter a meditative state / a state of peace / higher consciousness by asking myself the simple question, "I wonder what my next thought will be?"
Im so grateful that by becoming the watcher, I learn to stop identifying with my thoughts. I learn that I am more than my mind, and of course more than my body.
I'm so grateful for this moment. I'm so grateful I know this is a dream. I'm so grateful I know my mood is my work. I'm so grateful I know that well being is all there is.
