I’m so grateful for my physical body | gathering…
I am so grateful I can choose to focus. I am so grateful I can choose to let go. I am so grateful I can choose well being. I am so grateful I know what I know. I am so grateful for our friends. I am so grateful I get to relax. I'm so grateful I have so much time to think and read and write. I'm so grateful Kelly washed the blender. I'm so grateful for frozen peas. I'm so grateful my mom came over this morning and brought us soup and fruit! I'm so grateful I live so close to my parents. I'm so grateful I had a spinach smoothie. I'm so grateful I'm choosing focus. I'm so grateful I'm choosing to feel good. I'm so grateful I know my mood is my work. I'm so grateful for inside jokes. I'm so grateful I'm comfortable.
I'm so grateful for vegan delivery. I'm so grateful for vegan convenience food. I'm so grateful I can choose to feel good. I'm so grateful I can choose the thoughts I want to think. I'm so grateful I know that by changing my vibration, I change my point of attraction. I'm so grateful I can write and remind myself of these things. I'm so grateful I can let my jabbering mind go. I'm so grateful I can step outside of my mind into my greater consciousness. I'm so grateful I can choose to focus. I'm so grateful I can step outside of my mind and direct the thoughts of my mind. I'm so grateful I can choose to step away and think "I wonder what thought I'll have next?" and instantly be in a meditative state. I'm so grateful I've been meditating for so long. I'm so grateful that I've just recently learned how to shut my mind up! I'm so grateful I finally know what it feels like! I'm so grateful I can choose my thoughts. I'm so grateful I can choose my thoughts. I'm so grateful I can choose my thoughts. I'm so grateful I can choose my thoughts.
I'm allowing well being. I'm allowing well being. I'm allowing well being. I'm allowing well being. I chose to come to this physical reality to have fun and enjoy being physical. I chose to come here to expand consciousness. I chose to come here to love and feel good.
I know I am vibration. I know the thoughts I think create. I know that I can either guide my thoughts or stop thinking ll together, and this greatly enhances my life experience. I know that the more I let go, the more it flows. I know that I can choose whatever I want to believe. I know that it's up to me to create the reality I want to live in. I know I'm the only one in control. I know that everything in my reality is a reflection of me, of my emotions. Reality is a mirror of my emotions.
I know that I can choose to focus through writing any time I feel my emotions dip. I know that I can choose what I want to focus on. I know that my attention is an amplifier. I know that it feels good to feel good.
I know that when I choose to focus, by intentionally choosing better feeling thoughts, I see dramatic improvements in my immediate physical reality. I know that I don't even have to find better feel thoughts, I can just practice the feeling I'm looking for and trust it will come.
I'm so grateful for my physical body. I'm so grateful for the years and years of uninterrupted service! I am so grateful I have always been healthy and fit. I'm so grateful I've always had the freedom to do whatever I want. I'm so grateful I've always had two working legs and two working eyes and arms and hands and ears. I'm so grateful for this amazing spaceship I get to explore physical reality with. I'm so grateful to be in love with my body. I'm so grateful I can choose to love my body unconditionally. I'm so grateful I can choose to appreciate my body instead of hate. I'm so grateful I finally feel the connection between mind, body, and consciousness. I'm so grateful I'm waking up more and more every day. I'm so grateful I have happy epiphanies every day.
What I want to feel today
- Freedom
I love my physical body. I love that it's so strong and agile. I love how quickly it heals. I love the complexity of my fingerprints. I love the perfection of my hands. I love the depth of my voice. I love my eyes. I love my eyebrows. I love my tongue and my teeth and my feet and my legs. I love that I can choose the relationship I want with my body.
