I am so grateful for studio nights with Kelly!!!!!!!!! I'm so grateful we are working on graphic design together! It's so fun, like a puzzle! I'm so grateful we had some new friends over and played Astrojax with them for THREE hours!! I'm so grateful we get to talk about the meaning of life with everyone we hang out with! I'm so grateful everyone is waking up! I'm so grateful I'M waking up! I'm so grateful for fun facebook interactions. I'm so grateful I am much better at drinking in moderation now! I am so grateful for my Universal Grocery List! Yesterday I filled out the whole sheet! I'm so grateful we've been keeping the momentum GOING!

I'm so grateful my sister Joy lives in Austin. I'm so grateful we have money for the utility bill. I'm so grateful we have AC and heat. I'm so grateful we have indoor plumbing and hot water. I'm so grateful we don't have to take our own trash to the dump. I'm so grateful we don't have to cut our own grass. I'm so grateful we live in an apartment! I'm so grateful for my life experiences. I'm so grateful to be where I am right now.

I'm so grateful for Pwny and Linty. I'm so grateful for UT. I'm so grateful for my wife. I'm so grateful we work so well together. I'm so grateful she is strong in typography and I'm strong in imagemaking. She does the big picture and I do details. I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful business partner. I'm so grateful to be so creatively satisfied. I'm so grateful my reputation is my portfolio. I'm so grateful I've been practicing design for 6 years, 9 if you count time spent in undergrad design classes. I'm so grateful for my design education. I'm so grateful for everyone I met along the way. I'm so grateful to know what I know.

I know I'm vibration. I know my thoughts create. I know I am more than my body and more than my thoughts. I know I have so much to learn. I know that there is infinite possibility and expansion and opportunity. I know that I am one with all of that. I know that I am a powerful creator. I know that feeling good feels good. I know my thoughts create. I know the more I practice directing my thoughts, the better my physical reality feels to me. I know that I attract thoughts depending on how I feel. I know that when I feel good, I attract good feeling thoughts. I know that inspiration comes from feeling good. I know that it is easy to choose to feel good. I know that it is natural to feel good. I know that it makes sense to feel good.

I know that my thoughts create my reality. I know that I choose to practice feeling good, because I attract good feeling thoughts which create good feeling experiences in my reality. I know that practicing feeling good is easy, and it only requires focus. I know that I will focus on something, so why not make it something I want? I know that what I see is old news. I know that what I see in physical reality is a reflection of an old vibration. I know that what IS has very little to do with what is becoming. I know that I create myself with each new thought. I know that every moment is an opportunity to choose a better feeling thought and switch my entire perspective around. I know that when I feel my best, I feel on top of a plane where I can watch with wonder and amazement at everything in life. I know that I spend most of my time feeling knowing now.

I know that nothing really matters. I know that my contribution to the expansion of the universe is invaluable and unique. I know that everyone's contribution to the expansion of the universe is invaluable and unique. I know that I chose to focus pure positive energy into my physical body so that I could experience the deliciousness of physical, sensual reality. I know that I came here to have fun. I know I came here to laugh. I know I came here to love. I know I came here to feel good and create beauty. I know I came here to focus on what I want. I know what I want is unique to me because of my life experience. I know that the whole point of my existence is to be unique and have unique wants so that those desires can expand the universe.

I know that when I think of something, it is created. I know that when I have a desire, it is created. I know that I can immediately let the desire go, because it is on the way. Only resistance could ever prevent me from having everything i desire. Only my own negative thoughts could ever slow me down. I know that when I have confidence and trust life to live me, everything unfolds better than I could have imagined. I know that confidence (faith/trust/knowing) and self love are the most important feelings I can practice to embrace my power.

I know that focusing on what I want instead of what I don't want is how to consciously create. I know that focusing on thoughts that feel good always brings me good experiences. I know that explaining this to myself day after day after day helps cement the thought patterns which make my reality so freaking exquisite. I know that I am choosing these thought patterns intentionally. I know that the thought patterns I choose determine the design of my life. I know that by being aware of my thought patterns, it becomes easy to change them to whatever I desire.

I know that there is only well being. I know that life is pure positive energy. I know that only negative thoughts (resistance) can ever block the flow of well being in my physical experience. I know that I was meant to enjoy life. I know that the flow of well being carries me to the manifestations I desire, when I am able to let go of my resistance. I know that it is easy to choose to feel good. I know that it feels good to choose to feel good. I know that every single morning I have the choice to feel good. I know that it is getting easier and easier to choose to feel good every single day.

I know that the more I let go, the more it flows. I know the more I forget about things that bother me, the more those things clean themselves up. I know I don't have to DO anything to get what I want. I know it is an emotional journey every single time. I know that every single undesirable manifestation is actually a solution given as a gift of abundance from the universe. I know that everything in my reality is an indicator of my vibration. I know that my vibration is an average of the thoughts I think, and my vibration determines what I attract into my reality.

I know that whatever I believe is true. I know that what I expect determines what happens. I know that I can change my expectations by changing my beliefs by changing my thought patterns by finding better feeling thoughts and practicing them over and over until the new pattern takes hold. I know that life is all one big beautiful chaotic ordered flowing glorious infinite pattern. I know that when I choose to work with the pattern instead of against it, new patterns unfold beautifully and perfectly. I know that when I co create with the universe, my creative desires are matched with unimaginable manifestations. I know that I came here to co create with the universe by having desires and feeling good. That's all there is to conscious creating. Having desires and feeling good. How you feel good is up to you to figure out, to design, to decide, to explore.

I know that what I choose to do to help other people is exactly the same as helping myself. I know that what I choose to do to help myself is exactly the same as helping other people. I know that being generous gives me an abundant vibration. I know that loving myself projects love onto others. I know that we are all one. I know that I created all of you. I know that you all created me. I know that my individual experience and awareness of the whole are equally important. I know that I created all of this. I know all of this is just a thought.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a perfectly unfolding day like the last week has been? Wouldn't it be nice to remember that no matter how general my desire is, if I feel good it will always manifest. Wouldn't it be nice to stop by circus? Wouldn't it be nice to finish this project? Wouldn't it be nice to feel 100% rested and energized? Wouldn't it be nice to remember this moment rules? Wouldn't it be nice to keep focusing on how good this moment is? Wouldn't it be nice to let life live me today? Wouldn't it be nice to play AJ for 3 hours again? Wouldn't it be nice to fly? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh all day with Kelly again? Wouldn't it be nice to keep appreciating the wonder of the now? Wouldn't it be nice to do the shopping? Wouldn't it be nice to do the laundry? Wouldn't it be nice to hang out with cool people? Wouldn't it be nice to fill out my whole grocery list worksheet again today? Wouldn't it be nice to spend some time appreciating my own site today?

Wouldn't it be nice to spend some time drawing? Wouldn't it be nice to keep upping the trippiness (sp?!) of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to keep seeing more and more evidence of my thought direction? Wouldn't it be nice to think about what I want all day? Wouldn't it be nice to bask in each and every moment? Wouldn't it be nice to feel my best, better than ever? Wouldn't it be nice to level up? Wouldn't it be nice to embrace more of my power today? Wouldn't it be nice to have the most fun I've ever had? Wouldn't it be nice to go for a bike ride? Wouldn't it be nice to see Joy? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and laugh and laugh all day? Wouldn't it be nice to be silly and playful and fun? Wouldn't it be nice to have the jokes? Wouldn't it be nice to be inspired to write more? Wouldn't it be nice to remember life is magick and I'm creating it all?

How am I expanding?
My mood is my work! This moment rules!

My life always unfolds perfectly. It is easy for me to choose a good mood. I know that my mood is my work and I always do my best at my work.

Today I intend to do my job better than ever before.

I love meditation! I love focus! I love Kelly! I love graphic design! I love universal grocery lists! I love my site! I love the forum! I love our podcast! I love being on top! I love riding the waves! I love replying to emails as soon as I get them! I love holiday weekends! I love my friends! I love the steady stream of new friends! I love focusing on thoughts which feel good, knowing that they attract thoughts that feel just as good if not better! I love that life is that simple! I love that I get it!

My mood is my work. My emotions attract thoughts which create my reality. I can choose my desired emotion, attract thoughts that give me that emotion, and create a reality which provides experiences that make me feel the same way. I know that is how it works and I love that I know. I love that there is so much more to know. I love that this is only the beginning. I love having a website about it all. I love being on the leading edge of thought. I love where I am right now. I love this point in time. I love that it is all up to me. I love having the ultimate power and control. I love that the ultimate power and control comes in letting go of negativity. I love that the universe is here to help me succeed. I love that the universe loves and supports my ever wish. I love that I've seen the big picture. I love reminding myself of the big picture. I love that I can choose to see it any time I wish. I love choosing my mood.
