I am so grateful for a new mantra!!! "This moment rules." Isn't it grand? I'm so grateful for Red Bulls for breakfast. I'm so grateful to choose focus always. I'm so grateful for this beautiful Saturday morning! I'm so grateful the sun is shining and I get to go to the launch of the new BODY PUMP release!!!! I'm so grateful for Body Pump! I can squat more weight than almost anyone! I'm so grateful for my strong legs and core. I'm so grateful for my sculpted arms and shoulders. I'm so grateful for the ease with which I move around now. I'm so grateful to be so into fitness! I love moving my body!

I'm so grateful for time to focus. I'm so grateful for Pwny and Linty. I'm so grateful for inspiration surrounding me everywhere. I'm so grateful for my beautiful wife! I'm so grateful I feel rested and ready to pwn this day! I'm so grateful for a reason to get up early on a Saturday. I'm so grateful for the chance to spend time in the sun.

I'm so grateful for this moment. I'm so grateful for the weekend. I'm so grateful for my family. I'm so grateful for design projects. I'm so grateful for salsa and avocados. I'm so grateful for hot showers. I'm so grateful for eyeliner. I'm so grateful I choose to consciously create. I'm so grateful I CAN consciously create. I'm so grateful to be awake in the dream. I'm so grateful for the power to choose thought. My mood is my work! My mood is my work!

This moment rules. It's a beautiful summer day. I have fun places to go and wonderful people to see. I am free to do as I please. I am in love with my life! I am in love with myself. I am so happy to be awake!

I'm so grateful that I have 8 minutes to think whatever thoughts I want! I'm so grateful I get to choose!

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to love every moment so much I forget about everything else?! This moment rules!

How am I expanding?
I am fearless. I am interacting with my dream characters in entirely new ways. I am opening eyes. I am awakening. I am leveling up. I am open to guidance from the universe. I am flowing. I am letting life live me. I am focused. I am in the flow! I am god! I am powerful! I am so ecstatic to be alive! I am free! I am confident! My life is fun and it's supposed to be! I am free! I am eager! I am loving! I am uplifting! I am leading with my light! I am so grateful to be at the leading edge! Thank you to everything that came before me so I could be alive in this moment!!

New opportunities with friends. Stopping time. Flying. Performing. Flowing. Meeting fun people. Talking about Astrojax. Playing Astrojax with new people. Watching people get it. Watching people suddenly ponder the idea that life really is supposed to be fun. Getting new ideas from everyone around me. Inspiration from everyone. Focusing on everything I want. Bills paid. Debts canceled. Ultimate freedom. Ultimate love. Unconditional love. Euphoria. Mastery over my body. Mind over matter. Depth. New levels. Fun!

My mood is my work and today I am better at my job than ever before. I am confident. I am knowing. I am playful. I am laughing. I am so happy to be alive. Everything is falling into my lap!

Center of attention. Being asked questions. Sharing my experience. Sharing my light. Full immersion virtual reality! New articles. Completed webring! Completed projects! Effortless! Everything being done for me. Ease. Flow. Light. Fun. Love. Joy.
