do it differently from everyone else | gathering momentum

I am so grateful for the incredible day we just had. I'm so grateful I'm becoming more aware of the negative thoughts that pull me out of the vortex. All it takes to stay in a good mood is to keep thinking good thoughts. I think sometimes I let them back in because I want to make sure I'm not forgetting about something important. That's bogus! I just have to keep the good thoughts flowing. There is no reason to ever revisit the negative thoughts.

I'm so grateful for car rides with good friends. I'm so grateful for the jams in said car rides. I'm so grateful that everything has been magickal and synchronous today. We had some major epiphanies about our apartment. I saw this shower curtain with beautiful rocks on it that look exactly like my dream travel destination. (I'm already there!) Everything I read online is inspiring and related to my current thought patterns (obviously, but I'm just aware now). I think about what I want (to laugh at jokes with friends! to see my best friend! to keep my focus! to fly during kickboxing! to have a good-smelling apartment! to connect with everyone I interact with! to have fun!) and it happens. I'm so grateful that after we got home from the gym, I laid on the bed for a good hour and thought about what I want. And I wanted inspiration to my next move. And I wanted trippy, fantastical adventures with my best friends. And then I basked in the moment, Linty purring, I was feeling so comfortable and relaxed after a hard workout. And then the inspiration came, and we had a blissful adventure with friends! And I got to laugh at jokes and relive my dreams... It's all so real, I can almost touch it! I am in control! It's all entwined! It's all so intricately yet clearly connected!

I'm so grateful to choose focus. I'm so grateful to be riding the wave and wanting to keep riding it. I'm so grateful that I have more awareness about my thoughts than ever before. I'm so grateful to be SUPER into meditation. I'm so grateful that meditation works such wonders for my life. I'm so grateful that I am disciplined in feeling good. I'm so grateful that's my only work. My mood is my work! My mood is my work! That's all! I have to remind myself all the time, but it's such a relief to KNOW!

I'm so grateful I learned to be good to myself. I'm so grateful I learned to put myself and my mood first. I'm so grateful to be an uplifter. I'm so grateful to be constantly uplifted! I'm so grateful for my physical body. I'm so grateful I've been feeling so strong lately. I'm so grateful I feel like I'm improving in so many areas! I'm so grateful I'm such an excellent driver. I'm so grateful my mood is my work. I'm so grateful my mood is my work. I'm so grateful my mood is my work.

My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood is my work. My mood, and only my mood, is my work.

I want to be a Total Unicorn.

“I think sometimes I let them back in because I want to make sure I’m not forgetting about something important.” I totally get this – I do this too. It’s like this sense of urgency that if you don’t cling and control things, your life will get out of hand and then everyone will say “I told you so!”

The experiment is my best work and it’s going to get better!
