Feel good.
Often when we set goals, we introduce a slew of negative thoughts that ensure we'll never achieve them. The goal may be intimidating - how will you ever get from here to there? And then every time you think about your goal, you're either taking planned, deliberate steps to achieve it, or you're not and you feel bad.

Goals may bring up negative thoughts because they can force us to vibrate from a place of lack. If the goal isn't completed, every time you look at the goal, you think "haven't achieved that yet," thus ensuring you keep playing that story over and over in your reality.

I know that the only way to get what I want is to feel good. So my only goal is to feel good. But what about all the other things I want in my life? Do I want to live without goals, without striving to become better?

Of course not. I want so many things. But I don't make my wants into goals, because I know that when I want something, it is already created. I just have to become a vibrational match to it - it's an emotional journey every time. I become a vibrational match when I feel good and attract good feeling thoughts and inspiration.

I finally understand the difference between desires and goals. A fresh desire feels good, and I have no resistance to coming up with new desires. I know that whatever I desire is already mine. And then I follow universal inspiration to the manifestation.

But a goal feels forced. It reminds me of what I don't have. It makes me feel bad when I'm not actively working towards it at all hours of the day. And then what happens when I reach my goal? Will it make me happy? Hell no! Happiness is a choice that I make in every moment. And when I choose to feel good, good things come to me. I do not feel good because of good things coming to me! I feel good because it's a choice!

So today I am done with goals. My only goal from now on is to feel good. At the same time, I am choosing to be more deliberate in thinking about what I want. When I think about what I want, it feels good because I know the universe is on the case. I can let go of the desire as soon as I have it, and trust that it is already on the way. I know that it is already on the way because I choose to practice feeling good. And when I feel good, I attract everything I want in a perfectly unfolding flow.
