I am so grateful to be drinking a spinach smoothie. I am so grateful I get to take a nap soon. I am so grateful we get to go to hooping class tonight. I am so grateful to be writing down what I'm grateful for.
I'm so grateful for RPM (spin/bicycling) class. I'm so grateful for our RPM instructor. He is so dreamy. I am so grateful for Body Pump! I am so grateful my muscles are getting so much bigger and stronger. I am so grateful I know how to lift weights with proper form. I am so grateful I get to be in the front row. I am so grateful for fun conversations in class. I'm so grateful the Y is like our school. I'm so grateful for the wonderful people there. I am so grateful we have so much fun with the people there!
I am so grateful for focus. I am so grateful for complexity. I am so grateful for DEEP dreams. I am so grateful to be awake in dreams! I am so grateful for winks. I am so grateful for telepathy. I am so grateful for the electronica/IDM station on Pandora. I am so grateful Kelly did the dishes. I am so grateful making the smoothie was easy. I am so grateful I have a new obsession - hooping! I am so grateful we walked 7 miles downtown last night. I am so grateful it's summer and we can walk at night again! I am so grateful we stayed out until 3:30a and felt completely normal. Being nocturnal/not having a regular sleep schedule is actually pretty fun.
I'm so grateful the worst problem I have is getting tired, or having to choose between two fun things to do. I'm so grateful I know that a good mood is the only path to good things. I'm so grateful to be connecting with more and more people. I'm so grateful dreaming is such an effective way of communicating!!!!
Wouldn't it be nice to lucid dream during my nap? Wouldn't it be nice to have a totally trippy time at hooping class? Wouldn't it be nice to fall in love with the people there? Wouldn't it be nice to learn new flow trix? Wouldn't it be nice to find more and more ways to flow and love?
What I want to feel today
- Flow. (Practicing the feeling of flow feels like getting a consciousness upgrade!)
- Creative inspiration.
Today I intend to focus on feeling good, loving, and directing my thoughts. Today I intend to think about what I want at all times. Today I intend to practice. Today I intend to get better. Today I intend to ride the waves.
I love that while waiting for RPM to start this morning, Kelly and I meditated in the spin room. It was the best meditation of my life. I felt like I was actually observing myself. I felt like a little weeple or a weeble or robot or something with a battery. And while I was meditating I was completely off in a good way. I was recharging. I was connected to source. This is what I felt like:
I love the song Belfast by Orbital. It's my ultimate chrippin jam. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I love that Linty is sleeping in my lap with her head resting on my arm. I love having kitties. I love that Kelly and I are both writing. I love that we have time to nap. I love that Michael is going to stop by before leaving town. I love that my brother is moving back to Texas!!!!!!

Relax and let go. Relax and let go. Give yourself enough time to observe your thoughts. Any time you feel stress or dis-ease only means you are stuck in a negative thought pattern. Pause and take the time to remember what you know. You know that your thoughts create. Do anything you can to create what you want.
