I am so grateful to be awake and alive on this beautiful early morning. I am so grateful to be up before the sun. I am so grateful it's spring. I'm so grateful we won't have to use the heat much longer. I'm so grateful we get to housesit today. I'm so grateful for my crazy dreams. I'm so grateful I remember them so clearly now. I'm so grateful we get to see all my parents' pets today. I'm so grateful to be directing my thoughts.

I'm so grateful for salt and tumeric. I'm so grateful for raw foods. I'm so grateful I ate 100% raw yesterday. I'm so grateful we have plenty of raw food to bring with us. I'm so grateful raw food feels good. I'm so grateful I have so much inspiration. I'm so grateful I get to have coffee today. I'm so grateful I reorganized my sidebar last night. Wouldn't it be nice to hear some fresh dub I haven't heard before? Wouldn't it be nice to learn how to make dubstep music? Wouldn't it be nice to meet some dubstep musicians? Wouldn't it be nice if a ton more dubstep artists got on Jamendo? Wouldn't it be nice if my cough was completely gone? Wouldn't it be nice if I forgot about that whole sickness thing forever? I love that even if directing my thoughts can be hard to remember at times, as long as I direct them with these posts every day I'm golden!

Message from Clair

In the morning directing your thoughts can seem foreign, or like a chore, especially if you are tired. Choosing to focus your energy bypasses that mucky fog and sets you on a path to feeling good all day.

When you are not actively thinking about new exciting ideas, choose some default thoughts to fall back on while you'e idle. Then you have a remembering place to return to when you a bored or tired. What are your default thoughts today?

Telling my future

Today is like a summer thistle flower hay garden shorts. Today is full of excitement and pleasure. Today is full of relaxation and rest. Today is full of new ideas and executions. Today I focus on positive thoughts. Today I release more negative thoughts than ever. Whenever I have a negative thought, I think "drop it" or "I don't think like that anymore". Today is the singularity. Today everything changes. Today everything gets more intense and more enjoyable and more fun. Today I have the best day of my life.

Interview with myself

How do you release persistent negative thoughts?
I have to first be aware of them. Health and money can be common sources. I avoid the topics I know I have active negative thoughts about. The best solution is finding replacement thoughts. I enjoy thinking "I feel so good I'm in the flow" whenever possible.
