Good morning! I am so grateful for our new workout routine. Yesterday was the completion of 3 weeks - it's definitely a habit by now! I am so grateful that doing 100 pushups and 200 crunches is so easy now! I am hoping to find something to add to my routine soon.
I am so grateful for my already-perfect life I live in Austin with this treasure. I am so grateful I have no worries, no troubles. I am so grateful I choose to feel good. I am so grateful for my perfect apartment. I am so grateful for my family and friends. I am so grateful for the abundance that surrounds me. I am so grateful for inspiration. I am so grateful to be attracting information that gives me new exciting ideas. I am so grateful for the chill weekend we just had!
I am so grateful to be eating mostly raw again. I am so grateful I know what food makes my body feel good. I am so grateful we get to run today. I am so grateful we get to go shopping today. I am so grateful for Mondays and routine and structure. I am so grateful for article ideas!
Wouldn't it be nice to write an article after posting this? Wouldn't it be nice if today was the start of something new? Wouldn't it be nice to get a new bicycle? Wouldn't it be nice to gather a shitload of momentum? Wouldn't it be nice to have everything go according to plan? Wouldn't it be nice to print out a new goals sheet? Wouldn't it be nice to start scanning a fresh sketchbook? Wouldn't it be nice if that scanner from CSN was available? Wouldn't it be nice if our AJ batteries came today? Wouldn't it be nice to stay in control of my vibration? Wouldn't it be nice to constantly work towards my goals? Wouldn't it be nice to get some Sudafed? Wouldn't it be nice to drink some coffee? Wouldn't it be nice to have a great workout? Wouldn't it be nice to want to run more miles? Wouldn't it be nice to outline my macros and stick to them? Wouldn't it be nice to stay as motivated and inspired as I am in the morning until bedtime?
Today I intend to have the best day of my life. Today I intend to allow well being to flow through me. Today I intend to surpass the places I've already been. Today I intend to catch up and stay there. Today I intend to be a vibrational match for the solution. Today I intend to keep the inspiration flowing. Today I intend to keep my focus all day. Today I intend to feel excitement in the evening. Today I intend to go to sleep when I'm tired. Today I intend to follow my macros. Today I intend to do what feels good.
I love waking up each morning with a fresh perspective. I love knowing that I don't have to start over every day - those places I've reached before are still in my experience and they are easier to reach than ever. I love fresh starts. I love focusing on what I want. I love Wayne Dyer. I love Max Planck. I love physics. I love that I had no idea I loved physics until I started playing with AJs. I love that I have an article to write. I love that I know exactly what I'm doing. I love that I am choosing to feel the momentum gathering. I love that I have my shit together.
11 things I'm excited about today
- Kelly says my site is like "an all-inclusive resort"! WOW. She also says that each of my momentum gathering posts are like an individual zine! I love thinking of them like that.
- I am really into thinking about the movie Hackers and the show Fraggle Rock. I can't explain why yet.
- I'm adding two new sections to this post! "Telling my future" and "Interview with myself"!
- Any time a troubling thought occurs to me, I think "I've let that go."
- We've met a friend of Abe via our sites!! What a confirmation from source!
- I can choose, every day, to think "this is the best day of my life!" And then I can start naming reasons why, and it always ends up being the best day of my life!
- New pivot thought from Kelly: "whatever, I'm the shit."
- Kelly and I love basking in the fact that we get the Internet.
- Kelly and I have been talking about how we would like to have a toystore. Last night we realized that our Amazon store is a TOY STORE! Hell yeah!
- If you can forget you bought the ticket, you can win the lottery.
- Wayne Dyer says to "contemplate surrounding yourself with the conditions you wish to produce" and they will manifest. YES.
Message from Clair
Clair, how do I contemplate surrounding myself with the conditions I wish to produce?
First, identify what the conditions are. What are the major things you want? What does your daily life look like when you have achieved those major things? Where are you? Who are you with? What are you wearing? What are you doing? What do you eat? When do you sleep? What do you dream about? Who do you talk to? What technology surrounds you? What is your exercise routine? Do you have any routines? Who is your mentor? What does your email inbox look like? How is your life different from now?
You don't have to know how you got the things you want. Just think about what your life is like now that you have manifested your desire. Draw it. Write about it. Think about it often.
Telling my future
I am wearing nice athletic clothes to wear to the gym. I am basking in the quiet time I need to do my writing. After posting my Momentum Gathering post and an article about acting "as if", I wake Kelly up. Kelly is in a fantastic mood and ready to take on the day with me. I make a spinach smoothie for us and begin working on another article while Kelly writes her post. We listen to the perfect jams and get really excited about the day. I check my email and find 2 new mailing list subscribers and a donation of $100. We dance around the apartment and then our Astrojax batteries are delivered!
I make a phone call about my student loans and find I don't have to pay them for another year. We meditate for 15 minutes and both have amazing experiences. I feel suspended in liquid love and have creative solutions pouring through me. I write them all down and we embark on our errands for the afternoon. First we head to the gym. The sky is beautiful and there is no traffic on the highway. We are greeted by our friend at the desk. We bang out a 3 mile run in 28 minutes and I have incredible visual hallucinations. During the run, I think to myself "This feels so good, I'm in the flow."
We leave the gym and head to the post office to collect boxes to mail our ebay sellings. They have exactly what we need. The post office isn't crowded at all! We have a magick pellet snack which energizes us. Next we go to Walmart for groceries. Everything we select is on sale for half off. We have a lot of fun running around Wally world, playing and being silly. We check out the toy isle. We buy something cute that wasn't on the list. We get all the groceries we need, and they come in at under $100. We have a fun conversation with the cashier.
We head home to shower and get dressed. We have some raw vegan mock tuna for lunch. Time for the mall! We have another gorgeous drive down 290 listening to the perfect jams. We return our black light without trouble and walk around for a while. I get a new skirt at Hot Topic! Woot! We do a little clothes shopping. Fun!
When we get home, we work on the podcast for a little while. We're putting together an Astrojax episode that's amazing. We can barely tear ourselves from the computer to make dinner. We publish the ep before eating our salad! Hell yeah making awesome content. While we eat dinner, I get several new mailing list subscribers. I'm so excited about the new subscribers because I am planning a newsletter to send them soon!
After dinner we go chill with Stephen. We talk about inspiring new ideas and get to hang out for a while. It's nice to relax with friends! We return home and get in the bed with our books, sketchbooks, and more Wayne Dyer to watch. I'm still a little wired, so I work on the life design book a little bit. We gradually get more sleepy and turn off the lights by 2. What an amazing day this has been.
Interview with myself
What's it like to make a living from maintaining a website about lifestreaming, life design and love?
It's trippy. Every day feels like a new level in a video game, with new coins to collect and bosses to overcome. Then I get to blog about how to beat a certain level, kind of like making the Nintendo Power of life design for other people to read.
What's your daily life like?
I subsist on new ideas, so I give myself a lot of time to think. I keep my schedule open, follow my inspiration, and read as much as I can.
Each day, I write and work on visuals for 2 or 3 hours. I always find time to exercise, meditate, and talk to people about new ideas, in person or via email, Facebook, or comments.
What was the tipping point to achieving such success in your career?
I came across the idea that "I create my self with each new thought" in the book Awakening Through Love. No longer did I have to feel like I had to go back and fix things or dwell on anything unpleasant whatsoever. Who I am is a direct result of whatever thought I have right NOW, so I just started taking that to heart.
One thought I focused on a lot was "people are REALLY into my site" and word spread like wildfire.
How do you keep such a positive attitude?
The only thing I care about is feeling good, so I always push myself to feel better than I already do. Keeping my thoughts positive is the only way to do that.
My girlfriend Kelly is my most treasured resource when it comes to designing my own life - she's my art director, sounding board, mentor, student, masseuse, lover, and best friend. I call her my sun and sandy beach, and I'm her ocean. We ALWAYS help each other direct our thoughts. Having someone to practice thinking positively with makes it so much easier to stay focused and full of love.
What advice would you give to someone else?
Always stay in touch with the person you want to be.
I strive to live each moment in the flow, that state of consciousness where your thoughts create your reality in real time and everything falls into place perfectly. That state is pure, conscious ecstasy.
