As long as overtrained means you are able to take it supereasy because of it and enjoy each and every km /mile of the race-> sounding great! ;.)
yeah exactly! we decided we’re going to practice 13 miles every weekend until the race, instead of upping our miles to 15, 16, 18 etc. less stressful!
