meditation
Good morning! Up at noon today after 7 delicious hours of sleep. I am so grateful to be back in the vortex on this beautiful Monday! I am so grateful to be drinking fantastic espresso. I am so grateful that yesterday Kelly and I weren't feeling as hyphy as we wanted, and we were talking about how bad we wanted to be "in the vortex." So then Kelly says, "we just have to say we're in. There, we're in." And we were! It was all we had to do! Just decide to feel really good, and it comes! Then, we were just going to lay around and watch movies in bed because we were sleepy and wore out. Since we let ourselves off the hook, we suddenly had so much energy! We ended up working on TPP stuff for 2 or 3 hours before our delicious dinner.

I'm so grateful we meditate every day. I'm so grateful meditation is part of our daily routine. I'm so grateful these posts are part of our daily routine. I'm so grateful we cleaned up all those art supplies strewn all over our living room! I'm so grateful for the contrast.

I'm so grateful we got to go to the gym on our off day yesterday. I'm so grateful we have the time to spend there! I'm so grateful we were so relaxed and chill about it, just hanging out. I'm so grateful Kelly found a mysterious massager in the cabinet and massaged me! I'm so grateful I got to do the elliptical machine for 20 grueling minutes!

I'm so grateful that yesterday I allowed myself to do the things I truly wanted to do. I'm so grateful I took a break from my 10 day abstinence from that one thing and it was AWESOME! I was so inspired to do things, like clean out my filing cabinet and get my phone ready to sell and work on TPP and have stimulating conversations with Kelly.

I'm so grateful I almost always remember to direct my thoughts. I'm so grateful directing thought gets easier and easier every single day. I'm so grateful I'm learning so much about physical reality while preparing to write life design lesson 8. I'm so grateful that my job is to podcast and Lifestream. I'm so grateful Kelly and I have a Lifestream monetization company. I'm so grateful that every so often, I remember how truly, madly, deeply in love with lifestreaming I am. I'm so grateful that it's my job, seriously! It is so perfect! I'm so grateful I'm getting the inspiration to start lesson 8 today! I'm so grateful that I'm going to let Clair write the lesson! I'm so grateful that when it's done I get to move onto the next phase of the project finally! I'm so grateful I'm feeling so so good today! I'm so grateful we get to go on a three mile run in 70 degree weather today!

I'm so grateful for two realizations I've had this morning: one is that I can write Lesson 8 from the perspective of Clair and I can write it as if I'm giving advice to myself. I don't have to write it from the perspective of my physical self - meaning, I can write the advice and THEN take it, I don't have to live the advice first. The other realization is one I have frequently. It's simple: I LOVE LIFESTREAMING AND LIFESTREAMING MAKES MY LIFE BETTER! Hahah I always forget that one. The more I lifestream, the more on top of my game I feel. So expect a major increase in output today!!

I'm so grateful for inspiration (and caffeine) coursing through my veins! I'm so grateful for new book recommendations! I'm so grateful to be in such great shape! I'm so grateful my life feels like a carnival! I'm so grateful going to the Y feels like a carnival! I'm so grateful the weather is SO BEAUTIFUL! It's 76º right now!! I'm so grateful I know the shortcut for a degree symbol! (It's option-0 on a mac.) I'm so grateful I had such weird dreams about talking to Steve Pavlina. I'm so grateful I know that my thoughts create my reality! I'm so grateful my life is so so fun!

Today I intend to feel good all day and do only things that make me feel better! This includes, but is not limited to: eating what I have planned! Running 3 miles! Lifestreaming all day! Doing inspired work! Cooking for friends! Working on TPP! Working on the School! Exercising more!

Today I intend to let Clair flow through me! Today I intend to practice letting her speak! Today I intend to go with the flow! Today I intend to have a super fun day with Kelly! Today I intend to do exactly what I know will make me feel good! Today I intend to remain in the vortex! Today I intend to direct my thoughts! Today I intend to feel joyful! Today I intend to feel euphoric! Today I intend to be in a meditative state! Today I intend to practice witchery! Today I intend to organize my thoughts!

Wouldn't it be nice if our run was easy and fun? Wouldn't it be nice if we gave Stephen some muffins today? Wouldn't it be nice to make him some rice & gravy? Wouldn't it be nice to chill with him for a bit? Wouldn't it be nice to see our other friends? Wouldn't it be nice to see Betty? Wouldn't it be nice to have another dinner party or an art party? Wouldn't it be nice to make Ethiopian again? Wouldn't it be nice if that book I put on hold at the library came in really soon? Wouldn't it be nice to have a muff? Wouldn't it be nice to have a smoothie? Wouldn't it be nice to not be hungry? Wouldn't it be nice to focus and be clear-minded all day? Wouldn't it be nice to make some significant progress on lesson 8 today? Wouldn't it be nice if my parents watched the Thanksgiving video and liked it? Wouldn't it be nice if they liked something I did? Wouldn't it be nice if I didn't give a fuck if they liked my work? YES YES IT WOULD BE VERY NICE.

Wouldn't it be nice if the weather stayed this beautiful all winter? Wouldn't it be nice if my Twitter tools and postie plugins worked every single time? Wouldn't it be nice if I got a reply in the forum about my postie issue? Wouldn't it be nice if someone replied to my post in the Twitter tools forum too? Wouldn't it be nice if someone offered to fix my plugins because they read about it on this post? Wouldn't it be nice to spend some time visualizing today? Wouldn't it be nice to have a passive income of $10,000/month? Wouldn't it be nice to vacation abroad twice a year?!?! Omg that is something I want so much. Wouldn't it be nice to get my monster.com profile up today? Wouldn't it be nice to have really awesome job offers pour in where I could work from home? Wouldn't it be nice to teach again? Wouldn't it be nice to teach outside of a university? Wouldn't it be nice to run my own physical school? Wouldn't it be nice to have written the text book for it? Wouldn't it be nice to collaborate with other like-minded individuals?

I love organizing my thoughts! I love that writing these posts helps me do that! I love that I have three things I want to focus on today! And they are:

  • LIFESTREAM! It feels good!
  • Practice being a witch! It feels good!
  • Let Clair write Lesosn 8! It feels good!

I love that Linty is sitting in my lap! I love lifestreaming SO MUCH! I love so many synchronicities occur in my life each and every day! I love that my posture is improving every day! I love remembering to breathe! I love collecting all the very best realizations that I have into these posts! I love that they are forming the basis of a book! I love that I am self employed! I love that I am an artist! I love that Kelly and I got up at the same time today! I love Kelly SO MUCH! I love working with her so much! I love feeling inspired to work on the podcast! I love our podcast! I love how we improve it incrementally every single day! I love running with Kelly! I love that we do it together! I love that I get to make more coffee soon and have another magick pellet! I love that pwny hates closed doors! I love that we have the window open and we're burning incense! I love that we got a shitload more incense yesterday! I love that we did our grocery shopping yesterday! I love that we don't have to go to the store today! I love watching my neighbors through our huge window! I love that the world is so fascinating! I love feeling interested in everything! I love not feeling bored! I think feeling bored is the worst feeling in the world! I love finding my preferences! I love scanning my sketchbooks! I love texting with Betty!

I love that I have so many photos to illustrate this post. I love that Kelly and I got to eat Blowpops, though I don't know if glycerin is vegan. Oh, just looked it up and it looks like it's made of gasoline lol. Well, I suppose oil was once animals... Hmm... Anyway! I love that I can be a flexible vegan and eat honey. I love that we've been vegan for over 11 months. I love how easy it is. I love how I don't even think about it anymore. I love how vegan food feels better than animal products. I love that I don't have to ever think about cholesterol. I love that I'll never have a heart attack or stroke!

I love that Kelly just told me all about this article in Wired about Insane Clown Posse. I love that they are media magnates. I love that the Wired author had a great line, "fucking magnates, how did that work?" Hahah. I love getting new subscribers to the School of Life Design! I love learning about all this life design business with other people, like Katja, Katja, Allison, Emma, Jetta, and Kelly!

I love this day. I love finding things to love. I love having more coffee. I love getting sunlight. I love that my to do list looks so fun. I love that we have Netflix. I love being INTERESTED IN MY REALITY! I love love love not being bored! I love reading. I love finding new things to read. I love finding new blogs to read. I love when people update every day. I love reading my "lifestreaming friends" folder in reader. I love that more and more people are writing positive things in their blogs. I love new ideas. I love that I can always read my old posts for a pick-me-up. I love running! I love living! I love breathing! I love meditating! I Love working! I love Clair! I Love feeling inspired! I Love this beautiful gorgeous autumn day in Austin, Texas, the most beautiful city in the world!

AND OMG I LOVE THAT ALLISON DREW ME! I do believe this is my first time being drawn, I'm so flattered I think I'm blushing!!

And Gala posted her interview with Josh Harris! What an expansion! And Gala suggested the book Flow, which appears to be all about living in the vortex (or, flow)! I just requested it from the library, can't wait to read it!

(And p.s., I LOVE scheming up ways to attend the Abraham workshop in Phoenix this Saturday. Kelly and I are thinking about saying FUCK IT and going! We need to come up with the money, but I'm allowing it! The universe is abundant, and I'm pretty sure I'm creating a reality with this workshop in it! I WOULD LOVE TO GO MORE THAN ANYTHING! Road trip PLUS Abraham?! YES PLEASE!!!!!! Wouldn't it be nice if we got to go??)
