Good morning! We officially awoke at 8am! I am so grateful it is the day before Thanksgiving! I am so grateful I'm scanning my fifth sketchbook! I'm so grateful we get to run 3 miles now! I'm so grateful we get to meditate! I'm so grateful we're so in alignment and everything is timed perfectly. I'm so grateful we cleaned our whole apartment last night and made muffs, magick pellets and kale chips! I'm so grateful we got to have coffee again this morning! I'm so grateful we get to see my family today! I'm so grateful my parents are making a vegan dinner for us! I'm so grateful my mom wants to go to a flea market! I'm so grateful yesterday was so incredible! I have to list off the awesome:

  • Woke up after only 5-6 hours of sleep
  • found that new Willow Smith song and jammed the eff out all day
  • meditated for 20 minutes
  • replied to Michael Bowie's video
  • went to Smoco and BC
  • Ran 5 miles and worked out extra at the Y
  • Had brilliant realizations about "wanting" and "desires"
  • Worked on our tpp.tv player after letting go of the project
  • Met a new friend!
  • Saw Stephen and Kevin!
  • Went shopping at Whole Foods and saw Annalise and sampled some yummy cookies n cream vegan stuff
  • Had a delicious bean burger lunch and a light dinner of kale chips and half a muff
  • Made muffs, kale chips and magick pellets
  • Cleaned the whole apartment
  • Had wonderful interactions with people online all day
  • Made the most money yet since Nov 8!
  • Got a field roast WOOT!
  • Slept soundly for only another 5 hours
  • Woke up today in the vortex!!

Everything is so good and it never has to be any other way because we have momentum and focus.
I'm so grateful we realized this:

You can make yourself want to do something by wanting to want it. The key to achieving your desires is to want to complete the actions that will get you there. All you have to do is want to want to complete the actions, let it go, and the desire will be born within you.

You have to make everything something you want to do, like a game. I had to want to want to eat less before I could eat less. I had to want to want to pay my bills before I could want to pay them.

It's meta-meta desire. It's a desire removed from desire.

I'm so grateful for my new calf stretch! I'm so grateful for my new toe running method! I'm so grateful for new subscribers to the School of Life Design mailing list!

Today I intend to have fun with my family! Today I intend to stay in a good mood no matter what! Today I intend to eat only what serves me! Today I intend to relax and enjoy a vacation! Today I intend to feel energetic and vivacious and charming and funny! Today I intend to feel intelligent! Today I intend to feel euphoric! Today I intend to spread the joy! Today I intend to have a great time with my parents! Today I intend to have an awesome time cooking and shopping with my mom! Today I intend to bask in the holiday season! Today I intend to feel my way towards my next action all day! Today I intend to live like it was my last day! Today I intend to have the best day of my life!

Wouldn't it be nice to get a singing and dancing bird? Wouldn't it be nice to run our best time yet? Wouldn't it be nice to have a blissful drive to the country with the jams blasting? Wouldn't it be nice to remember everything we need to bring? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun cooking all day? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun conversations with my parents? Wouldn't it be nice to have the best Thanksgiving ever? Wouldn't it be nice if that field roast was mind blowingly good? Wouldn't it be nice if the chippies were happy and safe and sound while we're gone? Wouldn't it be nice to be worry-free? Wouldn't it be nice to remember that worrying is wishing for something you don't want? Wouldn't it be nice to keep feeling sexier and sexier? Wouldn't it be nice to keep this incredible momentum building? Wouldn't it be nice to meditate at our lookout spot today or tomorrow? Wouldn't it be nice if my parents started listening to Abraham? Wouldn't it be nice if they started focusing on what they want too? Wouldn't it be nice if they were really happy to see us? Wouldn't it be nice if they were super nice to us? Wouldn't it be nice to take awesome photos all day for a TPP episode? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun?!? Wouldn't it be nice to keep my energy in alignment ALL DAY?! Wouldn't it be nice to feel thin and powerful and strong and lithe and happy and healthy and joyful and passionate and full of great ideas?!
