
ARTD299 JG: Introduction to Web Design
Summer 2007 | Syllabus
This class provided students with the confidence to explore and manifest conceptual ideas on the web. Three main aspects of web design were covered: code, design, and concept. Using XHTML and CSS, the student learned how to execute ideas in a standards-compliant, accessible manner. Elements such as hierarchy, composition, typography and readability were covered extensively. Importance of conceptualization was emphasized.
