notes on today’s 3 mile run
We left at 6am and were home before the sun came up. We ran about a mile and walked the rest, due to not enough digestion time before leaving. We are so excited to be re-learning all the things about running like when and what to eat before a run.
We talked about moving to Toronto the whole time! :D Remembered to stretch today, I can totally feel it in my inner thighs fo sho.
